Coconut Aminos Product Range
Product Description
Coconut Aminos is both a slightly sweet and salty flavoured condiment, which is a soy sauce alternative, with a lower sodium content, providing a unique flavour when used in a variety of food dishes. The sauce is made by fermenting the sap of coconut blossoms, blending with sea salt, and ageing in barrels for up to eight months. The resulting liquid is dark in color with a slightly thicker consistency than traditional soy sauce. Product formats are glass bottles and bulk, with flavoured formulation variants also available.
Product Benefits
Coconut Aminos can be used in a wide range of dishes such as marinades, stir-fries, dressings and sauces. Its significant benefit is that coconut aminos contain less than one third the sodium content of soy sauce, and is a healthy substitute for soy-based products. In addition to these low sodium benefits, coconut aminos have the added benefit of containing numerous amino acids. Gluten free, vegan friendly and with no added sugar or preservatives, coconut aminos adds a unique taste profile to foods in a healthy and natural way.
