Coconut Oil has become an extremely functional and versatile form of oil that is produced at source by the cold press extraction of the oil from the flesh of fresh mature coconuts. Virgin Coconut Oil is the purest product form, but it can also be blended with Refined Coconut Oil as a lower cost alternative. Coconut Oil is used extensively in Cooking, Baking, Skincare, and Haircare. Available in Jars and Bulk packaging drums and pails, with formulation variants including pure, blended and organic. Produced at source in the Philippines from freshly harvested coconuts.
Product Benefits
Usage has surged over the last twenty years as this versatile oil has been recognised in promoting health and wellness benefits. The high levels of saturated medium chain triglycerides contained in coconut oil are easily metabolised to provide rapid energy boosts. This oil is composed of medium-chain fatty acids, mainly capric acid, caprylic acid, and lauric acid which are regarded as healthy fats, which provide numerous health benefits. Externally, coconut oil can be used on the skin as a natural moisturizer and anti-inflammatory, as well as an effective hair treatment.
